‘Be Creative’ workshops help students to learn new skills and techniques, and to appreciate the value of teamwork and the use of the creative imagination to overcome life’s challenges. Sometimes, working with a particular medium, for example dance, song, sculpture – or even sport – can open up a new means of expression for young people who may otherwise find it difficult to communicate.
Since most ‘Be Creative’ workshops end with the creation of a tangible piece of work or a performance, students learn what it feels to be proud of their achievements, breeding self-confidence and increasing self-motivation.
2020 Effect Dance Workshops.
When you free the body, the imagination often follows suit and students may find that working with the medium of dance allows them to express their feelings more openly while moving with confidence, grace and poise.
Some 2020 Effect dance workshops are particularly popular with the youth of today, including hip-hop/street dance and Bollywood dance. We can also help to introduce students to the many intriguing dance forms from around the world, from the lively Brazilian Samba to the delicate beauty of the Chinese Ribbon Dance.

Whether developing the voice, learning a new instrument or mastering the art of composition, music is a language that is shared throughout time and place. It allows self-expression in a way that is very different from the spoken and written word.
2020 Effect interactive music workshops introduce young people to new musical instruments, sounds and techniques from around the globe.
